About Us
Commercial Building Maintenance, LLC (CBM) is a Maryland janitor services and commercial maintenance company founded by Sean Mulgrew in 1985. For over 30 years we’ve been providing comprehensive janitorial, building maintenance and handyman services to commercial property managers and owners throughout Maryland. CBM is owned and operated locally out of Damascus, Maryland and serves Northern and Central Maryland, Baltimore metro area, as well as parts of Northern Virginia and Washington, DC.
